Good Vibes Pricing
Here at Good Vibes Cleaning inc., we focus on quality and efficiency. We understand that time is valuable, and for this reason we bill to the minute at $42/hour per cleaner for basic cleans and $55/hour per cleaner for Move in/Move out cleans. We will never stay longer to reach an estimate and always work within your given budget! Our minimum callout fee is $150 with special considerations for seniors and small apartments.

How we determine the length of your clean
There are many factors that go into determining how long of a clean you will need, but the number one consideration is your budget! An important thing to consider is that our estimates are sight unseen and based on homes with an average amount of build up. We never judge if you have not had the time to deep clean (that's why you are hiring us!), but as a matter of principle we always stay until the job is completed unless a top end budget is set.
Estimates
Estimates are estimations as to how much your clean will cost. This is not a guaranteed price after completion. All sight unseen estimates are based on square footage, # of bedrooms and bathrooms and the final total of homes of a similar size that have been completed in the past few months. We always give you a range to think about, knowing that every home is unique!
Budgets
We get it, no one wants to spend a fortune to have a sparkling clean home! That said, if we send you an estimate of $225-$300 for your home's initial clean and you only have a budget of $250, then we will ask for a priority list so you can let us know which areas can be left for your next clean. We will always let you know if we are getting close to your budget so that you can determine if you are comfortable with us continuing.
If your budget is well below our estimate, then we will recommend a consultation to determine how we can help you while maintaining Good Vibes!
Hidden Fees
Communication, Communication, Communication! We promote this so often on our site and through messages because there should be no such thing as a hidden fee. There are fees that we know about while booking such as a travel fee if you are out of our service area. There are also fees that we won't know about until we arrive at your home, such as excessive supplies needed due to water damage or hazardous environment. We will always communicate this with you before you receive your invoice!
Payment
Our preferred method of payment is e-transfer. Your cleaners are also able to receive tips in cash or as an amount added to your bill.
